There are many wonderful aspects of Office 365, but do they all work? How many features are really that practical? Are your users confused with what a Group is, and is it really something they can use to their advantage? Sometimes it seems to unnecessarily complicate things, but it is real handy for collaborating if done right. OneDrive is much better than its early days so how is it working for higher-ed users now? In this session we will touch upon what works and what doesn't in Office 365 and OneDrive.
